kindly refer the terms as mentioned below.
Returns & Refunds Policy
1. You have rights to cancel & return any product(s) purchased within 14 days from the date of placing an order and
within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product(s). The Total cost of the product(s) cancelled including the
cost of postage will be refunded* if the order(s) has been cancelled within the terms mentioned.
2. You should obtain a Purchase Return Number (PN) in order to return any purchase(s). Please call our Customer Care

3. The refund will be applicable on unused / unopened boxes of the product(s). Refunds will be issued on quantity of products returned.
Please include only unopened products in your returns. Please note that unopened products should in good condition in order to receive a refund.
4. The cost of returning the goods after cancellation will be borne by the customer unless it’s a defective product or product(s)
sent in error. If the Product(s) is faulty due to error on our part, the cost of returning the Product(s) will be borne by us.
5. We request all returns to be sent via recorded delivery/an insured courier/delivery services to receive an exchange/refund/credit.
We would suggest you to keep the receipt in case its required. If there is any loss or damage to the returned goods in transit,
you must provide us with the Proof of Delivery to enable us to issue a refund/exchange.
6. Orders returned with a PN will be processed within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the products at our warehouse.
The amount to be refunded will be done using the same method of payment. However, we can come to an agreement with you to use of
an alternative method of payment.
7. In the unlikely event that your order has not been delivered to you or you receive a damage or defective product(s),
we would send you a replacement, provided you contact us within 30 days from date of placing an order on the following address:
